Where we were...
We've had no rain of any significance in over four and a half months and the morning of our move, it poured down!
It eased to showers later...
The shade for my car was dropped onto Suzy...
Dropped the annex (awning if you're a kiwi)
'Shorty' kindly lent us the use of his Ute to tow Millie.
Backing in...
And after a many trips back and forth on foot the garden came over too!
My Mum has recently returned from a month in NZ seeing family...
A parcel arrived today with a few treats!..amongst them these gorgeous ceramic jandals (translation = thongs for the Aussies! I always find that name funny..because when I first arrived here they told me a G string as we know it in NZ, is a called thong here!)...a colourful addition to our garden. They are sooo cute!
Size comparison...my no 10's!Our Suzy has a 'sister' in the camp.Patrick has brought himself a Suzuki Jimny..he fell in love with ours and has been looking and waiting for one for over 8 months...finally yesterday he took ownership of his new wheels...
Happy and as Proud as Punch!During early openers yesterday a gorgeous Striped Possum was spotted on the branches of a nearby Callophylum tree...
